Angie Emrey
Angie is a strategic thinker, eager doer, unabashedly loud and annoyingly fond of structure. Thrown into motherhood with a twin pregnancy and babies eager to arrive (10 weeks early!), Angie found a new passion in helping others navigate the overwhelming, raw and honest world of parenthood.
As a working mom, mental health advocate and self-proclaimed yapper, she’s found magic in the messy middle and enjoys sharing and connecting with the collection of incredible humans she’s gathered along the way.
Sorority alumna, retired cheerleading coach and now mom to two outspoken young ladies, she lost her whisper voice long ago, never to be found again. While her real bosses are her twin seven-year-olds, she spends her days working to help brands, leaders and organizations find and tell their story.

Abby Green
I’m a type A woman that loves nothing more than a finished to-do list and a tidy house. This felt DOABLE until our second child joined the mix. All of the sudden I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and my Achiever heart was breaking as I felt like I was just scraping by in every area of my life.
This launched me into my own self-improvement journey. I had to learn what I could let go of, where I needed my partner to step up, and I knew I needed help in ALL the places (think therapy, life and business coaching, and even hiring out the laundry!).
Now that my feet are more firmly planted on the ground, I’m here to share my journey in order to help other women navigate theirs.

Amy Kiefer
Forever and always a true type B. Although it FEELS like there are less of us out there, I love to shine a light on the challenges and triumphs that come with our personality type. Because my husband is the opposite (a type A, first-born Achiever), I’m able to give insight into how we navigate this dynamic inside of our relationship and parenthood.
As I’ve shared on many podcast episodes, motherhood swallowed me up. As a first-time mom, the pressure I was putting on myself was enough to make anyone crack. I lost track of being AMY outside of being a mom. My pride was getting in the way of asking for help. And, just like Abby, once our second child came, I just knew I couldn’t carry the mom guilt and invisible load of parenting anymore.
I wanted to give a voice to the experience of reclaiming yourself after kids because I know for so many of us it is a journey.

I’m Kate, the face behind the camera and sometime fart gun(IYKYK). I’m a mom to 3, was a surrogate for 2 other kiddos, wife to an amazing man, love anything involving water, and like doing most things fitness related. I love to love people and make them feel seen and beautiful. I am so thankful that this is my job. Fun fact about this business…I started it WITHOUT owning a camera!
