Wisconsin Winter Maternity

Documenting my first pregnancy has been so special {and important} to me. I believe photos can speak a million words and I also believe that if you have the opportunity to have someone capture special moments in your life through a lens then 100% do it. Melissa the owner of Melissa Winters Photography has become such a special person in our lives the moment we contacted her to take our pregnancy reveal photos. 

With a forever long Wisconsin winter, we said we aren't waiting for spring and went out on a 40 degree day to Governor Nelson State Park. With my Sperry duck boots, knee high wool socks and this gorgeous Sew Trendy Gown - we did the thing! I am forever in love with how these photos turned out and I no longer dread photos with dried branches, naked trees, fields of straw and muddy snow on the ground - THEY ARE STUNNING!
